Who is Southbridge Community Services, Inc.?

Southbridge Community Services, Inc. (SBCS) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization  that provides safe, affordable and beautiful efficiency style apartment rentals for homeless Delaware seniors.

SBCS is a mixed-use space with 10 beautiful efficiency apartments, on-site laundry, and an office space occupied by First State Community Action Agency.

 

SBCS was founded in 2019 by Charlie Falletta and his daughter Marva Hammond.
